Fees
The cost of the initial evaluation is $150. This is a one-hour structured clinical interview which includes medical and psychiatric history and review of relevant records, initial treatment plan and collaboration with other providers when appropriate. Follow-up sessions are $120 per session and are 45 minutes in length. Frequency of sessions will be determined at the initial evaluation along with development of a clinical treatment plan which will be submitted to insurance. Payment is expected at the time of session. All professional services are billed at a rate of $120 per hour and include office sessions, professional letter writing, scheduled and unscheduled phone calls, travel time and professional consultation.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Sessions are confirmed weekly via text message reminder through the patient portal. Cancellation of sessions less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will result in a $75 late cancellation fee charged to your card on file.
